I learned to cook surrounded by my family—my grandmother kneading kilos and kilos of fresh pasta, my mother baking cookies and cakes, and those aromas blending into something unforgettable. I’ve carried that foundation through 25+ years of professional experience across 12 countries, from Michelin-star restaurants to serving at the highest institutional level in the UK.
